All user-generated content is owned by DraftierMovie66. By submitting content, you grant DevilSMP a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content is prohibited.

Harassment, griefing, hacking, or any form of abuse is strictly forbidden. Respect all players and follow the server rules to maintain a fun and safe environment.

All server content, including builds, plugins, and media, are property of DevilSMP or its contributors. Do not redistribute or claim it as your own.

Using modified clients, hacks, or exploits that give you an unfair advantage is prohibited. We reserve the right to ban accounts for violations.

Buying, selling, or trading accounts, ranks, or in-game items for real money is not allowed and may result in permanent bans.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior and if broken rules. Decisions are final. You can file for an appeal by joining our Discord Server and making a ticket.

DevilSMP may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
