Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate votes, or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans on all associated accounts.

All players must treat each other with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

Do not spam, flood chat, or post malicious links in any communication channel.

Advertising other servers, services, or products without explicit staff permission is forbidden.

Do not impersonate staff members, other players, or any public figures.

Using profanity or NSFW content in usernames, skins, builds, or chat is prohibited.

Using hacked clients, unauthorized mods, texture packs, or any software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.

This includes but is not limited to: fly hacks, speed hacks, kill aura, X-ray, auto-clickers, and macro scripts.

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for personal gain is prohibited. Report all bugs to staff immediately.

Duping items through any method other than intended game mechanics will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Player farming (killing the same players repeatedly for personal gain) is not allowed.

You retain ownership of your original builds and creations on the server.

By creating content on DevilSMP, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with promoting the Services.

Griefing, destroying, or tampering with another player's builds without their consent is prohibited.

Claiming ownership of another player's work or distributing it as your own is not allowed.

Any virtual items, ranks, or perks purchased on DevilSMP are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own these items.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.

We reserve the right to modify, revoke, or remove any virtual items at our discretion, including in cases of rule violations.

All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Buying, selling, or trading accounts, ranks, or in-game items for real money or external benefits is strictly prohibited.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DevilSMP.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

You acknowledge that DevilSMP shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

DevilSMP and its staff are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall DevilSMP, its administrators, or staff be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, server downtime, or any issues arising from third-party hosting providers.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans at the sole discretion of the staff team.

Ban decisions are made by the moderation team and are generally final. You may appeal a ban by creating a ticket in our Discord server.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these Terms, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

Repeated violations or severe offenses may result in permanent bans without prior warning.

DevilSMP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

We will notify users of material changes via our Discord server or website announcement when reasonably possible.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
